ok but to be transparent - i love jarred salsa. not the "fresh" salsas in refrigerated sections of grocery stores, but the Frito Lay Tostitos jarred salsa that has a je ne sais preservative-y quoislity you just can't replicate, you know, without shelf stabilizing preservatives :D

All have our guilty pleasures. I miss BBQ Frito's and that weird canned bean dip, it was a Midwest thing. That or growing up with Chicken in Chicken In A Biskit Original Crackers, again Midwest thing. Never a snob If going jarred salsas in a pinch I will go Desert Pepper Salsas
