A lot shipped to the dining site which is a fancy houston house, three floors, I was able to stay on the 3rd floor, which was like an apartment and have two kitchens as this property had a guest house. The rest I sourced on-site. My duck confit went wrong when the duck was bad.
Lucky I attacked that task early and was able to recover. The host bought these 1970's French & 1980's California wines way before the market found them, so the Petrus had a $30.00 label on it!
