Up for the Ramadan morning meal. Had a kheema sandwich, some veggies, yoghurt and a lot of water. I hope everyone's first fast is easy and light as possible.
Curious I know there has always been exceptions for people who have health challenges and children. Are the greater exceptions given the crisis?

Very good question. If it is too burdensome, then you are not supposed to fast. You can make it up later. Example: you are not supposed to fast if you're traveling during Ramadan or if you get sick. I'd also like to think God is merciful.

I spent a lot of time travelling and have many Muslim friends. I have been a Buddhist since I was young. I have always found a lot of common ideas between our beliefs. I deeply respect the process and meaning of Ramadan and I'm glad to hear there is crisis consideration.
