I know there are lots of hacks to create masks but other countries like Singapore actually did this crazy idea of sending every family a set of masks to ensure they had ones until they find or make their own. Of course our government can't even do the most simple thing.

Not the government's job. It would be yet another big waste of money. A large percentage of the masks would just be thrown away.

No. A real president would have at least attempted to provide us with proper masks. Believing trump leads to eating koi pond cleaner.

The government isn’t even sending enough masks for nurses to wear, let alone families. Nurses are without enough personal protective equipment, especially in states where trump doesn’t think the governors aren’t “nice” to him. This is true. I am a nurse in one of those states.
