It doesn't lessen what it took to do it. Don't sell yourself short. It would be like me saying "to be fair I was able to have gastric bypass surgery" it was a tool, and I used it. It shouldn't reduce the impact of our achievements.
Never ever think you took the easy path, you took the hardest one. I have deep respect. You had to modify you entire life to get healthy. People don't get the serious risks and lifestyle changes your path brought. I'm glad you are on the other side of that and owning the results!

I had an event while traveling the world in New Zealand I got really sick. Again long story my friends parents nursed me back to health, both nurses but I was one of those healthy fat guys after my muscles were gone. So I just decided the fat guy me was a costume & had to go.
