I watch cooking, science, or travel videos on YouTube. My favorite channels are @maangchi, @eatyourkimchi, @emmymadeinjapan, and @answerswithjoe, though lately I've really gotten into Liziqi.

Meditation is such a wonderful practice. I do that in the mornings. I like it in the mornings because it helps set me up for the whole day. I get panic attacks rather frequently, especially when I don't take the time for meditation that morning.
