Problem is we all react differently to known food items that help. I don't eat fast or processed foods. I'm at 70% plant based cooking Indian, Japanese, Korean, & Chinese. Using some TCM herbs. I cook these styles cause lots of anti-flam items, which is a lot of the pain trigger.

Right now my diet isn't great in that I'm too tired to get up and make food so more than not I just don't eat much of anything. Which is really a vicious cycle. Like today I had a small bowl of white rice with an egg yolk and furikake, I likely won't eat lunch bcuz I'll be tired,

Oh one other suggestion. I do take a teaspoon of unfiltered flaxseed oil to help. Hemp based CBD is coming to the mass market in the US, not sure about Germany. Would look into that.

Expensive, unregulated, example Hemp Oil for Pain, Stress & Anxiety Relief - 20000MG $39.99. But Walgreens is the first to enter the true consumer market, but hasn't released product or prices. But it is tested. So hoping everyone else jumps in including my health care provider
