.@JeffBezos so this is me stuck in limbo in your new chat system that wasn't broken. I get putting a chatbot but an actual human transferred me into this limbo where I open this chat and no way to end or restart. My issue hasn't even been addressed. worst customer service.pic.twitter.com/X925eKd8Yr
