Yes, I close the chat window. Go to help again. Hit contact us, chat again the same window comes up. This is your new lovely chat with a bot. But just the current chat comes back. Closed browser, signed out of amazon. Using Chrome.
I can't hence why I'm using chat. Your rep Siddhesh | Customer Service left me like this because he didn't close out his side. He transferred me into limbo. So your solution is chat is now dead to me for life as a customer? Really.
