.@amazon I just had an online chat customer service rep be massively rude to me and left the chat conversation open so I can't start a new on one to complain. Can you inform me how to start a new chat when one is still open and there is no button or help to start a new one.
Note is says you can start a new chat. How? Not possible. The chat window has no control features. Even tried key chat words like end chat. It's just me floating in chat stuck by a very bad customer rep on purpose.

I can't hence why I'm using chat. Your rep Siddhesh | Customer Service left me like this because he didn't close out his side. He transferred me into limbo. So your solution is chat is now dead to me for life as a customer? Really.
