.@amazon I just had an online chat customer service rep be massively rude to me and left the chat conversation open so I can't start a new on one to complain. Can you inform me how to start a new chat when one is still open and there is no button or help to start a new one.
All next you will ask me to reboot my router. You have been useless. A lot of early Amazon customers like me come from tech. Forget I asked for your help. Going a different route.

I am using the chat option. The Message us option is no longer featured. When you open chat Astra now opens a chat window with no options. When I return it only offers to resume chat, not start a new one.
