.@amazon I just had an online chat customer service rep be massively rude to me and left the chat conversation open so I can't start a new on one to complain. Can you inform me how to start a new chat when one is still open and there is no button or help to start a new one.
Above the continue current chat button it says You can jump back into the conversation, or start a new one. There is no way to start a new one. Because your rep left me hanging and didn't close it. I have no end chat button like in the past.
