.@amazon I just had an online chat customer service rep be massively rude to me and left the chat conversation open so I can't start a new on one to complain. Can you inform me how to start a new chat when one is still open and there is no button or help to start a new one.

Yes, I close the chat window. Go to help again. Hit contact us, chat again the same window comes up. This is your new lovely chat with a bot. But just the current chat comes back. Closed browser, signed out of amazon. Using Chrome.
