You refuse to give my blue badge! Ok fine, I can live without it, but I feel throttled! Am I beings throttled because I don't have a blue badge (that you refuse to give to me for some unknown reason?)

I listen to a national syndicated radio host and they refuse to give her one too. I know they had put the ability to get one on hold for a time but it should be back now. Just odd how some people get it easy others not at all.
