I agree with Charlie and Stephanie about impeachment. Neither of them suggested replacing Nancy Pelosi as speaker. I think she was being politically cautious and the "unless" in her remarks was carrying a lot of weight.
No the replacement thing will come from the people if no action is taken and we get too close to the election and are told oh well now we can't do it. You really have until end of September to do it.
