I'm lying in bed with literally nothing else to do. I sleep 16 hours a day. Take away my Twitter and YouTube and you remove my will to live.
Understand. Just be kind to yourself. Soon enough you will be back to near normal life but not really healed, been there, and you will kill for an extra hour of rest and quiet.
