I'm having such a bad pain day. I'm trying not to get too depressed, but it seems that I can't get the pain down enough to even breathe, let alone take a walk, or just enjoy the sunshine. Please, I need some kind of a pep talk.

No, not unless I talk to a doctor. I can't risk my visa on illegal weed, and CBD is only available in an apotheke (pharmacy) and no shops are open on Sundays in Germany.
That is amazing the CBD is offered at the pharmacy. We still are so backwards on that front. Even with weed being legal in CA, the whole thing is a giant mess. My local store had CBD drinks but had to stop carrying them because customers freaked out kids could buy it.
