I'm having such a bad pain day. I'm trying not to get too depressed, but it seems that I can't get the pain down enough to even breathe, let alone take a walk, or just enjoy the sunshine. Please, I need some kind of a pep talk.
I also suffer from.chronic pain. I'm so sorry you have this. It is very hard for people who don't have it to understand you can't leave your body when it gets bad. It's like being in prison where they torture you and no possible escape. I hope it passes for now & you can recover
