Can you suggest some shows (or movies) that you think addressed that in a satisfactory way?

Likely it would end up as a montage. My point is people like Laila Atasia who worked miracles to make Sonic launches happen (ops) to US test which made it a better product each time, best test group ever, most are running major game groups now, to Q/A holding their ground.
