There are so many stories about women leaving their SOs after they've lost weight, because they suddenly became controlling, jealous, and abusive. One woman on 600 lb life had a husband who would insult her for LOSING wt, because he was only attracted to big women. It was awful.

I agree that women are so objectified I can't even match that story. That said, I was shocked how my relationships changed so much person by person at every level, pound by pound. Even as a man, I remember that icon moment or being told you liked me as is. Thus starts lies&truth.
