I never gave permission in the first place though.
It's a video playing app. You clicked on the stream arrow, that looks like youtube and gave it access. Look at https://twitter.com/settings/applications … and revoke all applications you don't know and trust. This will solve this.

Actually I meant to reach out to you and point out this thing kept posting fake video links but been battling some bad health and also you don't know me so I thought you may think I'm spamming you. Glad someone told you about it.
