One of my athletes maxed out 6 weeks ago before working with me. He repped that max for a 2x2 this week. All because we took time to film his lifts and created a program around his weaknesses.
This athlete has a weak posterior, so we've doubled down on that. His natural leverages (long legs, short torso,short arms) cause him to start the lift with his hips high. We've added good mornings to his routine and will be doing more deficite pulls and RDL.
