Been pulling caffeine out of my system. I typically run off of 700-1,000 mg daily. I’m down under 200 a Day now. Thinking more clear & slightly less crazy
I did this a while ago. Down to one coffee a day and up to 1-2gallons of water. @DylanSpina61 should do a post on water. I believe water is one of the most overlooked cornerstones in health and nutrition.
