No. As stated, without adequate sleep you can build a good physique. With sleep you can build a great physique. You can't build any kind of physique with poor form.
You're quite wrong my friend. I see tons of gym bros with decent physiques and zero form. It just took them 2x longer than necessary because they are not getting muscle mind connection and quality contractions. The body mostly repairs during sleep so sleep = king
