Absolutely agree. Along the water line.. I've recently increased my sodium intake to ~4g major major key. All of the strongmen on the vertical diet have been preaching it. It's crazy how much water I'm holding. My workouts are noticeably different.

Although I'm learning 99% of trainers have no idea how to program. They just program body splits and have no objectives in mind. Learning to build up weaknesses is so important for any discipline of lifting. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, crossfit, etc.
