I've written all of my own programming from day one of entering the gym. I keep seeing people say this is a bad idea. I'm kinda confused. I know my body and weaknesses better than anyone else. Why wouldn't I write my own programs??
Aside from I've ran a few 4-8wk programs from other people. They never really worked for me because they weren't built around my needs and weaknesses.
