Oops this was before I edited the warm up. Do face pulls, crunches, dumbbells and then rows. Same reps and sets.

I want this order because shoulders are vulnerable. Let's get those warned up asap. Core is always important to hit before working out. Then bench because it's out main movement. Rows last because I want your lats fired up and ready before getting into the 4x4.
