Okay folks, I’m employing #broscience tactics.
For the past 6 months I’ve made steady gains in the gym
doing 4x5 with longer rests - basically “going heavy”
For the next 6 months I’m moving to 5x10 with short rests.
Will update you all with how things go.
Cookie cutter programs may work but you are not being efficient in the gym.. u're leaving potential on the table. I've got a free strength based program coming out Monday. It's based around progression/conjugate/west side. A mixture of philosophies. Id love to get it to u
