@AJA_Cortes --how many reps for squats/lunges would you recommend?
Last night I did 30 squats with 5 sec holds
1 30 second hold
20 lunges
I'm not sore at all today.

That would help. I believe I have a set of weights, though I do not belong to a gym.

In all honesty you'll make the most progress at a gym with proper barbells and weights but you can still progress by doing at home workouts. It's definitely better than doing nothing at all. There are tons of bodyweight workouts on instagram if you search the hashtags.
