It's been weird looking back at my 2017 goals. I achieved nearly everything I set out to do, except a 405 deadlift. Failed miserably at that goal tbh. I'm realizing how small minded my goals this year were.
I think my goals should have been more like, fully dedicate yourself to the gym, rather than hit a 405 deadlift. If you become who you are suppose to be, and live what you say you are, the small goals will fall into place.
