Do NOT choose to do deadlifts and squats on the same day. Terrible decision, not smart at all :'-)

It was terrible
I had already done a bunch of leg workouts and then did straight leg and sumo deadlifts and then squats. I wanted to cry1 reply 0 retweets 1 like
