Do NOT choose to do deadlifts and squats on the same day. Terrible decision, not smart at all :'-)

It was terrible
I had already done a bunch of leg workouts and then did straight leg and sumo deadlifts and then squats. I wanted to cry -
LOL okay that's more than I have planned

I've got 5x5 conventional DL and then 4x12 squats
