I don't get this. (Respectfully) If all of your clients are out of shape but you're obviously in great shape should prospective clients not seek fitness advice from you because of who you attract?

Most of my clients are in shape. That's my point. We all have an ideal client we attract. Dave attracts those who have no financial plan. If that's you, great! He's then man. But you won't see him taking about options or day trading.
-
Are they in shape because of you or were they already in shape before they hire you? I agree with you in a way but he's also churned out a bunch of millionaires from meager beginnings
-
I train all levels but I'm training guys stronger and bigger than me. I've got the knowledge & philosophy and that's what attracts my clients. I'm the best at what I do. A 50yr old mom probably won't want to work with me
-
I've never claimed his philosophy doesn't work. It does. You just have be willing to follow the strategy. That's where you decide it you're his ideal client. I'm not.
-
I agree with that across all platforms - be it diet, finance, etc. follow a proven strategy with self discipline and you'll be in good shape. pun not intended but convenient.
-
The biggest thing with Dave is he's super conservative. That's good in a sense but I'm just in a place rn where I'm willing to risk financial ruins to start businesses. I'm also single with no kids so it's different than being 40 with kids.

Dave Ramsey tells people like it is That’s why I like him He’ll tell people straight up that they’re stupid Then he’ll tell them how to not be stupid It’s pretty dope
-
My whole point is a person in debt and a person with extra cash laying around shouldn't necessarily use the same investing strategy. Dave is a fireman.
-
Btw I bought your course a month or so ago. Haven't finished it yet, but you get it.

You don't have to be in debt to learn from him though. At the very least, the class teaches people how to handle money
-
Ya man I don't necessarily disagree with what he says. It works but many roads lead to Rome. There are a multitude of other ways to invest and make money.
-
I don’t agree with his investment strategies, but his approach to getting out of debt and saving money is pretty solid. And a good % of his callers ask about the best way to pay off their student loans, hardly “blue collar” as you said.
-
He's just a very conservative investor. Nothing wrong with that, it works, but many roads lead to Rome.

Who would? They make bad or stupid decisions. They need help. Ramsey helps them. Many climb out of the hole and help other people. Those folks would be great to hang around. Unless you think you’re flawless.

I see a lot of people who are digging themselves out of a big hole with his help. Why wouldn’t I want to be like them?
-
Why would you want to be in a hole to begin with?
