I'm well over the 1000 hours threshold into lifting. I pulled back today and realized this is the one thing in life that I know more about that anything else. It's was a strange revelation to realize I'm on my way towards mastery of something.

Back story, a few years ago I was completely lost, like most 18-20yr olds. Had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Stressed to the max. Now I'm looking up and realizing everything falls into place when you just keep moving.

My honest advice to anyone 18-20 is to just stop stressing out and move forward. You may not like your degree but it will lead you to meeting the person who opens up an opportunity. Maybe you'll meet someone in that 8am class who tells you about some cool career.

Just keep moving. Show the fuck up everyday. The biggest doors have opened up for me when I took leaps of faith.

It's less about "what" you're doing and more about "how" you're doing it. If you show up and put in max effort every day, eventually thing will fall into place. Focus on fixing yourself. Fix your life. Fix your attitude.
