I've never had a diet. Diets are unsustainable. I fuel my body. There’s a difference. Sure, I eat virtually the same foods every day, but I eat them because I want to, not because I have to. If you’re in the game for life, why wouldn’t your food intake reflect that as well?
I practice "Flexible Dieting" also know as, If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). As of September 2018, I have yet to find a better long-term sustainable food plan. If I do find a better one, I'll jump ship. I'm not one of those zealot, diet hippies who identified by their food.

Also I’ve got a lot more coming in the future regarding dieting. I’m reading through “Deep Nutrition” by Catherine Shanahan this book was recommended by
@AJA_Cortes From what I’ve read so far, I can tell this book will more than likely shift some of my dieting philosophyShow this threadThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
