I've never had a diet. Diets are unsustainable. I fuel my body. There’s a difference. Sure, I eat virtually the same foods every day, but I eat them because I want to, not because I have to. If you’re in the game for life, why wouldn’t your food intake reflect that as well?

But if I was ice cream once a week, I'm not going to hold myself back from it. If you hate your life when trying to be healthy, you'll never make it. I'm going to be lifting well into my 70s & 80s. There's no way I'm going to hate myself all those years, due to a bro diet.

I practice "Flexible Dieting" also know as, If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). As of September 2018, I have yet to find a better long-term sustainable food plan. If I do find a better one, I'll jump ship. I'm not one of those zealot, diet hippies who identified by their food.

Also I’ve got a lot more coming in the future regarding dieting. I’m reading through “Deep Nutrition” by Catherine Shanahan this book was recommended by
