Idk, but all excess size is a disadvantage in a fight. You don't want any more than you need. If you got those huge bodybuilders into a 3-4 round fight, I seriously wonder how many of their hearts would explode.

When fighters use roids, they generally use roids to primarily recover faster so they can train 3-4x/day w/o overtraining. All the size and other benefits are secondary and tertiary benefits.

Oh ya I totally agree. I didn't see anything past Q post lol. My bad for highjacking the conversation

Interestingly though Yates said he had zero side effects from roids. Arnold seems to be doing fine. I'm a bit skeptical about the negative side effects associated with gear. It obviously matters what dosage is being used.

Most guys would be surprised to know that Mr. Olympia is probably shooting up less test than the average gym bro at LA Fitness. To make it to that level, you've got to already be an above average T level man.

The gym bro at LA Fitness is just a low T beta male. He's shooting 1000mg just to get himself into the game. Arnold was probably on half of that (or would be with today's high quality product)

I think that gut comes from insulin use more than it does from roids. Dose and cycling matter a lot. I highly doubt Dorian Yates has no side effects from roids, but it does seem like he and Arnold have limited negative impacts from it.

That's just what he said on Joe Rogan. He said he took internal measurements & collected hella data before he started cycling & then compared it to post bodybuilding & he's healthy. No overly enlarged heart or anything. But again it's all dosage. Dorian is high t naturally

Not sure but he won an Olympia if I recall correctly. He was probably on gear for a decade or more.

Being a bodybuilding champion about having good response to AAS and not having side effects, it's not about having high natural testosterone.
