If I have too much protein, I get SEVERE headaches. It's something I need to do or I end up feeling like garbage. I limit my protein cuz of that.

I've thought about tracking macros generally, but I'm too lazy. I don't think it'll work for me. I follow my appetite. My thinking: we have an appetite for a reason, so why not use it? Until now, my bf % dropped as my metabolism sped up. Now, it may have to change.
