I've thought about tracking macros generally, but I'm too lazy. I don't think it'll work for me. I follow my appetite. My thinking: we have an appetite for a reason, so why not use it? Until now, my bf % dropped as my metabolism sped up. Now, it may have to change.

If I don't track I won't eat enough. I'm washing down food with water by the end of my day lol
