Ok workout people... I've been out of the gym for over a year (just pushups and lots of hiking while traveling). Started again with weights this morning. Feeling torn up already. What's the best way to get back into a routine fast without over-doing it?

Full body routines 2-3x a week for the first month or two. Then move into whatever split you like. I typically try to hit 2 upper days. 2 lower days. 2 accessory/lagging body part days, (these two days are only 45-60min workouts) DM me your email and I'll help you out.
