What's the riskiest exercise that you've ever done in a workout? I've done some risky things but thankfully never suffered any serious injuries. I've done: Jump squats with 365lbs on my back Clapping pushups on fists & back of wrists Parkour roll on concrete after a drop

Max effort squat/bench/deadlift. I don't take many risk when lifting. I'm in the game for life My goal is to be as healthy and injury free as possible. Never understood lifters boasting injuries as if it means they work hard. Nah you're just a dambass who did some stupid shit

The greatest thing I've realized about lifting is, this is a game of consistency. You can't show up and be consistent if you're hurt.
