I don’t know how long this will hold, but I’ve had ZERO carbs in the last five days and I feel the best I’ve ever felt. EVER.

Do you workout? I've heard people say your gym sessions suffer from no carbs. I have never tried a keto diet. I should experiment.

In the early stages of keto you aren't going to break any PRs that's for sure. But once your body adapts (sometimes takes a few weeks) the strength returns.

Depends on what your workout consists of. Jogging, or anything aerobic, it is fine, but if it is performance based and requires explosion, it really suffers. I trained BJJ no carb to cut weight, and there is a big drop off
