I don’t know how long this will hold, but I’ve had ZERO carbs in the last five days and I feel the best I’ve ever felt. EVER.

In the early stages of keto you aren't going to break any PRs that's for sure. But once your body adapts (sometimes takes a few weeks) the strength returns.
