6’3” 200lbs and cursed with narrow shoulders that refuse to grow:/ I do heavy military press, side raises, upright rows, reverse flyes, dumbbell press, etc ~3x week. Any suggestions? Time to hit the juice? Lol.

After ~4 weeks your body adjust to your workout routine. Make sure you are running some kind of progression program and switching things up constantly. Bands. Chains. Raw. Grip width. Different exercises that hit the same muscle group.
