No one should care about the legal foundation of the New Secular Order as it calls itself on its official seal under the mastaba TOMB. Thats where its freedom from our perfect creator and his life-giving ways leads. "God" means "fortune" in his language and shouldnt be worshiped.
You'd be bitter too if you cared about separation of Church & State as outlined in the Constitution. Take "In God We Trust" off the money, drop "God" from the pledge & believers would be weepin' & wailin'.
