    basic rules for copywriting: who's it for? what do they want? how does the product deliver that? good copywriting makes the reader the star… the hero of their own journey. not the product. and definitely not a weird, mute, gift-purchaser stand-in like peloton did.

    If you’re a corporate traveller, you’re likely to have great choices of places to stay. with their membership program merge debacle is not one. Lost status, points, no earned benefits & terrible ‘please call to escalate’ attitude by frontline w/zero empathy.

    You can't simultaneously: ▫️Pressure your teams to get stuff out the door on time, and ▫️Expect them to give you "accurate estimates" of how much they can reasonably achieve in a time period (with quality and within normal working hours). But yet this is the prevailing norm 🤨.
