Most of the tiles can technically be per "thread" on a Linux kernel level, or to be more precise, threads are just processes. The graphic accurately depicts processes and threads as defined by POSIX though.
She really captures it well and in an easy picture. One of the biggest misunderstandings in Linux is threads vs processes. To the kernel, there's just task_structs with references/pointers. Same with containers :)
