has anyone made an aggressively packet-loss-compensating VPN yet? something that, if you give it a pipe with 4mbit/s bandwidth, 20% packet loss and a bit of jitter, will shove your packets over that link and keep the TCP endpoints from reducing speed due to packet loss?
are you saying that it supports UDP with error correction, or are you suggesting adding UDP support to it?

It blasts its packets over UDP without waiting for ack then periodically checks for errors on the receiving end and asks for missing stuff to be resent. Would need to be tweaked to be used for all internet traffic vs just its list of blocked sites.

It originally had some interesting peer to peer stuff kind of like TOR as I recall... but with a limited set of exit nodes based on a limited number of hops from your contacts contacts in gchat. Website makes it look like that’s not how it works anymore.
