random browser opinion: sometimes it would be neat to have a scheme like `<scheme>://<host>:<port>:<cert-fingerprint>/<path>`. e.g. for dyndns-hosted services - normal HTTPS doesn't really work there e.g. because others could get certs while the DNS record is stale
