Checked that # online, it's indeed from DHL. Called back, they confirmed it's a phone fraud and told me they've been investigating.. 2/X

not an expert, but afaik: the phone number you see is sent from close to the caller; in the case of some connections, even from the caller

btw, iirc, there is a second caller phone number associated with a call that your phone provider can see, and that one's harder to spoof
